Here are a few oils to help you stay invigorated and as stress-free as possible this holiday season.

Bergamot: Are you looking for a little balance? Bergamot is calming and soothing and can help you unwind.

Peppermint: During this season, there are always hearty meals around the dinner table and seemingly endless temptation of sweet treats. Peppermint can help you get through it. It helps with digestion, no matter what hits the dinner table.

3 drops Frankincense, 2 drops Wild Orange, 1 drop Cinnamon Bark

Cinnamon Spice Salad Dressing

Mix the following ingredients in a jar.

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

2 drops Cinnamon essential oil

1 drop Clove essential oil

½ teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 small garlic clove finely minced

¼ teaspoon sea salt

½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
