On May 4, the Robson Ranch Arizona Ladies Social Club (RRALSC) proudly awarded three $1,500 scholarships to these outstanding seniors from Santa Cruz Valley Union High School: Layla Brown, Emilee Brown, and Gabriela Galaviz. Gabriela’s sister, who was at the luncheon, was a recipient of the RRALSC scholarship 4 years ago and is now preparing to graduate from ASU Nursing School in May.
Each student was recognized for her exceptional academic achievement, strong leadership, and demonstrated commitment to serving their community.
The scholarships are intended to support the students’ educational journeys and may be used at their discretion for any school-related needs. The recipients plan to attend college in Arizona this fall.
The awards were presented by Barbara Crawford and Deb Frederick on behalf of the Robson Ranch Ladies Social Club. They were joined by fellow club members Alice Penner, Colleen Angle, and Bonnie Carnagey. During the event, the students were honored with their awards. The students’ parents, guidance counselor, and principal were in attendance.
This initiative reflects the club’s ongoing commitment to education and community engagement. By investing in these bright young scholars, the Ladies Social Club is proud to help shape the future of these students.
