The Fine Arts Guild has created three weekly workshops over the last year to help members improve their skills. If you are new to the art world and have taken a basic class, these workshops will help you develop your inner creative side. If you have painted or used colored pencils before, the workshops are there to help you get back into your creative art side.
On Monday afternoons, there is the Acrylic Workshop from 1 to 4 p.m. This is led by Susan Halley, with Nils Johnson filling in when Susan is not available.
On Tuesday afternoons, there is the Watercolor Workshop from 1 to 4 p.m. This is led by Don and Terry Helmstetter, with Doreen Beers and/or Susan Halley filling in.
On Wednesday afternoons, there is the Colored Pencil Workshop from 1 to 4 p.m. This is led by rotating members: Nancy Friedman, Mary Beth Fisher, and Sharon Nergaard.
These workshops are free to any members of the Fine Arts Guild. Members only need to bring their own supplies and the enthusiasm about working with others to improve skills.
