As the General Manager, I am always looking for new growth opportunities for our employees who have shown their commitment and passion to grow within the organization. I am happy to announce several updates today.
I’d like to start off announcing the promotion of Jody Hoggatt, an eight year veteran of Robson Ranch, to the position of Assistant Manager in Food and Beverage effective April 2. Many of you know Jody as a friendly face in the restaurant with a positive attitude in all she does. Jody will be taking on the responsibilities which are currently held by Brad Leaver, Assistant Manager. Brad has decided to pursue his dreams by moving to Colorado. Brad has been with us almost three years and we wish him all the best. His last day will be September 1. Congratulations to both!
Next on to a few transfers.
Deborah Spittel, who was previously the Administrative Assistant for the HOA, transferred to the sales office as the Front Desk Host. Deborah also celebrated her two year anniversary this month. We wish her all the best. Congratulations Deborah!
Gail Mallen, former Front Desk Host at the sales office, has joined us as a Fitness Center Attendant at the sports club. Gail has been with Robson Ranch going on three years. Welcome Gail!
Charlsie Hoggatt is another familiar face in the restaurant who has decided to pursue new opportunities in her dual role as a Fitness Center Attendant and Greeter starting next week. (And yes, she is Jody’s sister) Charlsie celebrated her nine year anniversary this month. Congratulations Charlsie!
Jean Handlen will be joining the Fitness Center team in her new role as a Fitness Center Attendant starting on April 2. While Jean is located at the sports club now, she is the Activities Coordinator, a position she has held since joining Robson Ranch in 2013. Congratulations Jean!
Nicole McCracken will be joining the team on March 27 as the HOA staff Administrative Assistant. In her new role, Nicole will be responsible for both the administration duties along with the oversight of the Activities Coordinator responsibilities which is currently managed by Jean. Nicole’s background is in office management and client services. Please join me in welcoming her to Robson Ranch!
