Come and join us for dinner and a show on Saturday, Sept. 14 in the Hermosa Room with our famous sous chef Mary Haynes and lead cook Anthony Nava. They will be cooking in competition in front of you and several judges. The best part is that they won’t know what ingredients that they will work with until the competition begins. Heather will prepare the mystery basket.
The buffet menu will consist of a salad bar with southwest Caesar salad with ancho Caesar dressing, fresh fruit salad, baby field greens with assorted toppings, ranch and Italian dressing, roast pork loin with chipotle honey glaze, slow cooked ham steaks with orange glaze, smoked cheddar mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli, and a chef’s selection of desserts.
Doors will open at 4:30 p.m., and dinner will begin at 5:00 p.m. Tickets are $30 and can be purchased at the sports center until Aug. 30, Monday through Thursday 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
