Introducing A Loyalty Rewards Program

We will be introducing an exciting new Loyalty Program beginning in January of 2019. We want to outline this new program in advance of our introduction. This is another fun, exciting reason to enjoy our Food and Beverage offerings at The Robson Ranch Grill.

In January of 2019 we will begin our Loyalty Rewards Program at Robson Ranch. You will be receiving a $25 Loyalty Reward toward future purchases for every $250 spent at The Robson Ranch Grill. This new program will replace the 10% homeowner discount.

While you are dining, your server can view your Loyalty Rewards status and inform you how close you are to achieving your reward, or let you know if you have a reward ready to redeem.

The Loyalty Reward is only available to homeowners purchasing items using their homeowner account. This is to ensure that only homeowners, not non-residents, benefit from our Loyalty Rewards Program.

Each $25 reward expires 12 months from the date of issue and accrual to the $250 is perpetual. We are excited about this new program and looking forward to serving you at the Robson Ranch Grill.

Food and Beverage Loyalty Rewards Program FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

Q. When will the Loyalty Program begin?

A. January 1st 2019.

Q. Is there a new card or may I use my existing Robson card?

A. Use your existing Robson card or device.

Q. Can I use the credit in the Grill only or for other purchases in the community?

A. Credit can be used for food and beverage purchases at the Grill, snack bar, coffee bar, wine dinners and liquor dinners.

Q. Do I have a time limit to use my rewards?

A. Yes, 12 months from the date the credit is issued.

Q. Can my rewards accumulate to make a larger purchase?

A. Yes, it is up to you when to apply your Rewards.

Q. If I’m not presently taking advantage of the 10% Robson discount must I enroll?

A. No enrollment is needed. Your account data is already in the system.

Q. Does this program cover food only or will all beverages be included?

A. Rewards accumulate on all food and beverage purchases and credit can be used for both.

Q. May my Rewards be used towards alcohol?

A. Yes

Q. What happens to my points/rewards if I move away from Robson Ranch?

A. Rewards are only available to Robson Ranch residents and expire upon leaving the community.

Q. Can my points/rewards be transferred to another card?

A. No. Rewards are not transferable.

Q. Can I use my card/rewards at other Robson community restaurants?

A. No, the Reward credits are only available here at Robson Ranch.

Q. How long do I have to accumulate the $250 for a reward?

A. Point accumulation is perpetual, so as long as it takes to meet the $250.

Q. How will I know if I have any rewards?

A. Your server will be able to tell you if you have any Rewards available.

Q. How do I apply my reward to my bill?

A. Just tell your server if you want to apply any or all Rewards credits to your bill.

Q. Will my rewards show up on my Robson card statement?

A. Not at this time.

Q. Will I be able to gain or use my Rewards on Golf or Banquets?

A. No, you will only be able to redeem and gain points at the Robson Ranch Grill, coffee bar, snack bar, wine dinners and liquor dinners.
