Registering your renters

As the busy season approaches, we want to make sure that if you are one that rents your home throughout the year that we get everyone updated on the new procedures for successfully registering your renters. With the addition of Northstar last summer, we are now able to issue a programmable card for all renters, similar to the homeowner membership card. With that, registering renters must now take place at the Ranch House Front Desk. The following items are needed from you prior to your renters arriving at the Ranch:

1. Qualified Tenant Form: this form must be filled out and signed by the homeowner. An electronic copy can be found after logging in to the HOA website. Please click on the document tab and then under the drop-down menu on the right click on “rental forms.”

2. Lease: a copy of the lease must be included for our review; it will be returned as we do not keep a hard copy. Please note, leases must be for no less than 30 days and is strictly enforced. Daily, weekend and weekly rentals are prohibited.

3. Registration: Upon arrival to the Ranch, all renters must check in at the Ranch House Front Desk Monday–Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

After registration, renter cards will be issued which will automatically deactivate when the renter’s lease expires. The renter cards can be left on the counter or returned at the end of the lease to the Ranch House Front Desk. A reminder to all, please don’t forget that while you have renters occupying your home, you forfeit your rights to use the amenities and can no longer charge at the restaurant during the time frame of the lease. Hours for registering renters will be Monday–Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Ranch House. If you have a situation where your renter will be arriving over the weekend, please proceed to the Sports Club for a weekend pass and then return to the Ranch House on Monday for onboarding.
