Six members of the New Chapter Book Club went to see the film adaptation of one of their books, Where the Crawdads Sing, and then went to Hideout Steakhouse for a wonderful meal and to review the movie. We all agreed that the movie was very well done!
New Chapter Book Club was started by Karen Woodcock in 2015/2016 and meets once a month. We read a wide variety of books. Each member picks a month to host and gets to select a book for everyone to read and discuss for that month. We have a great group of ladies and enjoy doing outings like this whenever we can.
