The Architectural and Landscape Committee (ALC) is composed of five homeowner volunteers who meet weekly to discuss homeowner’s permits for exterior changes to their home. Each member has a different background; when brought all together they are a remarkable team! Recently, they have reviewed and discussed upwards of 10 to 15 permits per week. These permits range from large scale initial landscape plans to simpler items such as yard art. We are very thankful for their dedication and service to the community!
