New Year’s Eve at the Ranch: Rock n’Roll Heart n’ Soul

 

2018 New Year’s Eve Rock N’ Roll Heart N’ Soul brings you Time Bandits and Level 9 playing for your dancing pleasure. There will be a New York time toast at 10:00 p.m.

Chef Jeff is presenting a culinary treat.

Passed Hors D’Oeuvres: strawberries stuffed with cream cheese and candied walnuts; brie en croute; oriental chicken satay with peanut sauce

Seafood Station: shrimp and crab claws with lemons and cocktail sauce

Salad station: composed mixed field greens with champagne or ranch dressing; antipasto salad with cheese tortellini and grilled asparagus with balsamic dressing; Caesar salad with chile lime dressing; domestic and imported cheese display with crackers and breads

Chef’s Carving Station: beef wellington with shiitake mushroom and port wine demi; salmon coulibiac with boursin cheese and tarragon cream sauce

Hot Dishes: roasted garlic mashed garnished with cheddar cheese and fresh chives; onion battered fried green beans, heirloom carrots and yellow patty pans; ranch garlic grilled focaccia breads

Dessert Station: assorted cheese cake bites with raspberry drizzle; flavored shooters and petit fours

Tickets for homeowners are $77 and non-homeowners are $82. Tickets include: buffet, two live bands for dancing and the toast.

Doors open at 4:30 p.m. with dinner at 5:30 p.m.

Ticket sales begin November 7. Monday–Thursday 6:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m., Friday 6:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Ticket sales end December 22.
