Well, not exactly. However, the Fused Glass Club is pleased to announce the arrival of the newest addition of equipment to our studio! Due to the popularity of this art form and the explosion of interest from our community, we are adding a fifth kiln to our stable of equipment. This is an exciting development to help facilitate the completion of glass goodies for our members. We will also be able to fire bigger pieces due to the new kiln configuration. And that is not the end of this story; we have another kiln coming in the near future. Our kiln universe will then top out at six!
The expansion of our equipment is due entirely to the dedicated members who helped us raise funds to match the generous donation from our HOA. A huge thank you goes out to our volunteer members who helped us make, sell, and round up items for our sales. We also want to acknowledge our wonderful HOA partners who matched our funds. Without the HOA matching funds, we would be years away from raising enough funds to purchase additional kilns. We are excited to report on this development and encourage all community members to join us in this fun and creative art form. Check out some of the amazing items you can make in our club.
