The summer heat didn’t stop Robson Ranch Ladies Golf Association members from waving flags for the first ever Flag Day Tournament! Held on July 4, the ladies teed off with their own personal flags for the 9-hole event. The ladies played golf as usual, then “planted” flags when they played their last shots according to handicaps. Several flags made it to the 9th green and beyond, meaning they played at or better than their handicap.
Flight winners making the turn and beyond were Diane Penner, Nedra Partner-Miller, Carol Hallock, and Raquel Carvallo. Well played, ladies!
