Successful Fundraiser for 100+ People Who Care

Thank you to all who attended or participated in the 100+ People Who Care Event in November. With your efforts and charitable hearts, we were able to contribute $6,400 to our local selected charities.

Thanks to your donations, $3,350 was contributed to the Sparrow Campaign, and $3,050 was contributed to the Opportunity Tree.

We had 35 people attend the luncheon to hear our charitable organizations tell of what they are doing to improve our community. Both organizations had great, heartfelt stories to tell of their origins, effects on the community, and what their plans are for the charitable contributions you made.

Our special thanks go out to our Silver and Bronze level givers who contributed between $250 and $500 to the charities. Thank you all for your contributions and your intentional actions to improve our community.

On March 1, 2023, at our spring event, participants raised $2,700 for the Hospice Charitable Fund of Casa Grande and $3,125 for Teen Challenge—Home of Hope.

The grand total raised for the four charities in 2023 came to $12,225!

We will be back after the first of the year with our Spring 100+ People Who Care event schedule and details. If you are a member of 100+ People Who Care and you have a local charitable organization that you would like to be considered for this spring event, please let us know. If you would like to be a part of the steering committee to assist in planning and executing these events, contact one of the people listed below. Your time commitment is minimal, but the results are life-changing.

Until then, we remain sincerely grateful for your participation and contributions.
