Sports Club overview

This month’s article reviews some of the general rules and procedures for use of the Sports Club facility.

The appropriate ID wristbands and sign-in are required by everyone using the facility. If homeowners, registered guests and renters can please adhere to this policy it will make others stand out more easily to staff.

Registration for new homeowners, guests and renters is handled through the Sports Club. New homeowners should stop in shortly after their HOA orientation. Current residents should send in a guest form or bring their guests in to complete the process. Those who are renting out their properties should complete a “Renters Qualified Tenant Policy” form prior to their renter’s arrival and direct them to check in at the Sports Club once they are on site.

Anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted to use the facilities inside of the Sports Club. This includes the computer room, multi-purpose rooms, indoor pool, fitness center, aerobics room and steam rooms.

Guests 10 years through 15 years of age are permitted to swim in the main outdoor pool between noon and 3:00 p.m. only. They must be accompanied by an adult. Guests under the age of 10 years must use the children’s pool at all times. Please provide your own pool towels and refrain from taking them from the fitness center for use at the pool.

Coffee and water are provided free of charge while using the facility. Please do not take additional coffee or condiments for personal use elsewhere.

While Robson Ranch is a dog-friendly community, pets are not allowed in any Homeowner Association areas, which include all buildings except the sales office. Sales personnel may bring potential home buyers briefly through buildings (except the restaurant) with pets held by the owner.

The HOA strives to ensure everyone at the Ranch can enjoy the wonderful amenities provided to them. As the Ranch continues to grow our residents remain our most valuable resource in maintaining the community as envisioned by Ed Robson.
