The Ropin’ In Yer Relatives Genealogy Club kicked off the new season in grand style on Oct. 27, gathering at Dan and Linda Wheeler’s home for a festive Halloween-themed celebration. Dan, the club’s president, and Linda pulled out all the stops—treating members to a delicious spread of squash and pumpkin ravioli, Italian meatballs, and two kinds of hearty chili. Members rounded out the feast with a variety of creative sides and appetizers, but the real showstopper was the dessert table, loaded with decadent, calorie-worthy delights that no one could resist!
The evening buzzed with laughter and conversation as members caught up after the summer break, swapping stories of their latest family discoveries and genealogy adventures.
