On Friday, February 8, 2019, Robson Ranch hosted the 1st annual Dancing with the Robson Ranch Stars. Other Robson properties have been hosting this event for many years, and we were very excited to give it a try. Almost 300 tickets were sold to come watch 6 of our very own homeowners take the stage partnered with a professional partner. These homeowners consisted of Karen Lyons, greeter, who danced the Disco; Jane Wright, golfer, who danced the Waltz; Artie Wachter, community softball, who danced the Swing; John Burtis, golfer, who danced the Cha Cha; RC Weidner, pickleball, who danced the Foxtrot; and Linda Gayer, tennis, who danced the Quickstep. The show opened with each of our homeowners dancing a 90 second routine that they had learned over the last week, and ended with the professional dancers sharing some pieces from their award winning performances. At the last moment, Artie Wachter was crowned the winner of Dancing with the Robson Ranch Stars 2019 and won the prize of the Mirror Ball Trophy with about ½ the votes. We are already planning on bringing this event back in 2020, so be on the lookout for the next list of homeowner stars!
