You are invited to celebrate with myself and my wife, Lisa, in a unique retirement party for a clergyperson. “The Girls Next Door Band,” (GND) an all-women, Robson–based band will rock the Hermosa Ballroom on Sunday, May 19. It all starts at 4 p.m. with GND taking the stage at 4:30 p.m. We will finish at 7 p.m.
It will be my last Sunday leading worship too. I’d love to see you at 9 a.m. in the Laredo/Cheyenne room for a very special worship service with Friendship Center.
If you have known me in any setting here at Robson, whether in a Robson Club, with 100+ People Who Care, in the gym, or anywhere else, please come and celebrate with Lisa and me.
It is an open house, so you can come for the whole night or just drop in. And yes, the bar will be open and we will have nonalcoholic beverages as well.
I am thankful that I felt led by God to serve as a pastor here at Robson for Friendship Center. I am also grateful that the church will continue with new pastoral leadership. Finally, I want to thank so, so, so many people who have been in support of our church’s vision and mission of “Loving God, and Loving Everyone, Everywhere!” God bless you all.
