For the past four years, the restaurant has had a friendly competition between Trinchero’s and Young’s Market wine sales. The staff tries to sell as much as they can. The top two winners get to visit Napa, CA and get a hands-on training with the wine makers and distributors. They also get to visit exclusive areas of Napa Valley, tour the wineries, and get wined and dined for three days. The winners for this year’s Napa Wine Trip were servers Karen Manegold and Megan Fuentes. Of course, they were chaperoned by restaurant manager, Sara Cecil and assistant restaurant manager, Jody Hoggatt.
