January 2: Season begins for Couples Golf; sign up in the Pro Shop by 8:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 30.
January 7: Ladies Bible Study The Book of Ruth 9:00-11:00 a.m. seven consecutive weeks at Veronica Long’s, 5429 N Pioneer Dr. The book is $16. Contact Veronica at 520-252-2324 or [email protected].
January 10: NPA Concert Series – Dynamic Divas. Delightful mix of music, Motown, rock, Latin, jazz and swing. The doors/bar open at 6:00 p.m. and the concert is at 7:00 p.m.
January 12: Two Bobs and a Song at 6:00 p.m. in the Hermosa Ballroom; the bar will be open. Grab your dancing shoes, tune up your voices and come sing like we used to back in the days when the Ranch was young and just starting out. Homeowners, please show your homeowner card at the door for free admittance; non-homeowners $10 at the door.
January 14: Winter Warm Up Dance. Take the chill out of the air by heating up the dance floor to the sounds of DJ Manny. Catch up with returning residents while enjoying light appetizers along with happy hour pricing at the bar; 6:00-9:00 p.m. in the Hermosa Ballroom. Purchase tickets for $10; $15 non-homeowner, Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the reception desk in the Ranch House.
January 15: Free Fitness Workshop with April Crimmins, certified personal trainer, at 1:00 p.m. in the Sports Club.
January 18: Border Patrol 101 from 9:00-11:00 a.m. in the Hermosa Ballroom. This is an overview of Border Patrol operations; they will share their strategy, the resources utilized to patrol the border and apprehension statistics. They will then take your questions.
January 20-21: In-House Pickleball Tournament
January 22: Jukebox Madness! Second annual BlackBox Bash: dinner, silent auction and entertainment featuring Premier Piano Shows “Dueling” Pianos in the Hermosa Ballroom; 6:00 p.m. cocktails, 6:30 p.m. dinner, 7:30 p.m. program and entertainment. The cost is $45 pp; purchase tickets on Mondays from 9:00-11:00 a.m. in the Ranch House lobby.
January 23: Robson’s Chef Gala, “An Evening in Paris” at SaddleBrooke. The chefs from each of the Robson Communities will compete with their creative culinary skills to see which community will take home the trophy. Tickets are $75 pp, which includes bus transportation to and from SaddleBrooke.
January 24: NPA Concert Series, Kevin Johnson, Master Ventriloquist. Extraordinarily captivating performance. The doors/bar open at 6:00 p.m. and the concert is at 7:00 p.m.
January 26: Robson Ranch Ladies Golf Day. Shotgun start fun 18-hole event sponsored by RRLGA is open to all RR lady golfers. No handicap required. No host lunch will follow in the Ranch Grill. Sign up in pro shop beginning January 1. Members of RRLGA can sign up on the rrlga website.
