La Fiesta!

Save this date, Friday, November 6! The Robson Ranch Ladies Social Club Book Scholarship will be sponsoring an authentic Mexican Fiesta in the Hermosa Ballroom to raise money for the 2016 college book scholarships.

This fun evening will include a Mexican musical slide show, specially priced Margaritas and Mexican-style food expertly prepared by our chef. Mariachi Cielito Lindo will entertain during dinner with Folklorico Fuego de Phoenix providing the after-dinner entertainment. All this will be followed by dancing in the ballroom.

Several select raffle items, each worth over $120, plus a 50/50 cash raffle will be offered to attendees. All proceeds from the sale of the Fiesta tickets and the raffles will go to fund the three book scholarships for 2016. Remember, the price of your ticket and the raffle tickets is your donation to the Book Scholarship. In return you are receiving a wonderful evening of food and entertainment as well as the chance to win some unique items.

Purchase a table for 10 and each person at the table will receive a free raffle ticket and have their names placed in a special Gracias! Raffle.

Tickets go on sale September 9 and will be available from RRLSC members and at Brown Paper Tickets (http://www.brownpapertickets.com). More information on this unique offering in the Hermosa Ballroom will be forthcoming.

“Fifty years from now it will not matter what kind of car you drove, what kind of house you lived in, how much you had in your bank account, or what your clothes looked like. But the world may be a little better because you were important in the life of a child.” Anonymous

The 2015 RRALSC Book Scholarship recipients are the following: Ingrid Camargo, Grand Canyon University; Robert Martin Cevedia, Central Arizona College; and Alicia Giselle Bandala, Central Arizona College.
