‘Tis the season for gathering with friends and family, shopping, and decorating! With that in mind, please take a look at the paragraph below from the Architectural Landscape Committee (ALC) guidelines as you prepare to decorate the exterior of your home for the holidays.
“Winter seasonal holiday lighting and/or decorations that are visible from neighboring property may be displayed commencing Nov. 15 and must be taken down by Jan. 15. All other seasonal lighting and/or decorations that are visible from neighboring property may be displayed thirty days prior to and one week after the applicable holiday.”
