Beginning on November 22 Robson Ranch will introduce evening yoga classes taking place every Tuesday night from 5:30 to 6:45 p.m. in the Sports Club. Yoga is an excellent way to improve flexibility, increase strength and develop mental clarity. This will be an all levels class; no prior experience is necessary! Just wear comfortable clothing to engage in some dynamic movement followed by slow stretching to prepare for a good night’s sleep. The drop-in fee is $8 or $75 for a 10-class card.
