The Ancient Peaks Winemaker Dinner will be Monday, January 9, 2017, at 5:00 p.m. The dinner cuisine is by Executive Chef Charlie Kassels and Ancient Peaks Winery of Santa Margarita, CA will be represented by Doug Filipponi, co-owner.
The menu will consist of:
Duo of Crab: crabcake, crab salad, jicama slaw and Sauvignon Blanc
Smoked Chicken Flatbread: local greens and Zinfandel
Braised Short Rib: truffled mashed potatoes, foie gras butter and Renegade
Trio of Chocolate: flourless dark chocolate cake, milk chocolate ganache, white chocolate sauce and Cabernet Sauvignon

Homeowners may use their member card for payment; however, to maintain the low price the homeowner discount will not apply.
