American Fall Wine Dinner

Fall is in the air. The nights are getting longer, the days are getting shorter and the evenings are almost perfect. The hot days of summer are over, and now we can enjoy the beauty of fall as the leaves change their colors. Monday, November 14, at 5:00 p.m. will be the American Fall Wine Dinner, Cuisine by Executive Chef Charlie Kassels represented by Chris Cohen, Young’s Market Key Account Manager for southern Arizona.

This event will be by reservation only, and only 40 seats are available. Reservations will be accepted starting Wednesday, October 19. Call 520-426-3331, press 1 for Hostess. The cost is $50 per persin plus tax and gratuity. Homeowners may use their member card for payment. To maintain the low price the homeowner discount will not apply.

The menu includes:

Hot Smoked Rainbow Trout, Grapefruit and Pomegranate Relish; Canoe Ridge Pinot Gris

Oven Roasted Beets, Red and Yellow Beets, Chèvre Cheese, Local Greens; Battlecreek Pinot Noir.

Smoked Roasted N.Y. Strip Loin, Butternut Squash Gratin, French Green Beans; Canoe Ridge Merlot

Apple and Pear Strudel, Cinnamon Ice Cream, Coffee and Tea.
