Robson Ranch RC Club’s summer racing season has ended, and the winter season will begin on November 7.
During an awards dinner in the Fireside Room of the Ranch House, RC car drivers who finished in the top three positions in the rookie, intermediate and advanced division were awarded plaques for their driving skills.
Rookie: 1st, Ralph Sanks; 2nd Dave Doughty; 3rd Ron Schroer
Intermediate: 1st Richard King; 2nd Neal Evens; 3rd Steve Cress
Advanced: 1st Bill White; 2nd Mark McCollum; 3rd Dave Hudson
Time trials and practice will be held every Tuesday throughout the winter season and races every Thursday. Activities are held at the Robson Ranch RC Park at 10:00 a.m.
This winter a new open division will be formed to accommodate cars that do not meet the club’s “standard” criteria. Women will also be encouraged to participate in a new women’s division to be known as the Driving Divas.
