About this time of year, we would be thanking all those that attended and supported the spring craft fair. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 virus, the sale did not happen. Although the virus has kept us out of the Creative Arts and Crafts building, it hasn’t kept our members from sewing, quilting, and embroidering at home. Members have posted some of their finished work on Facebook and are just waiting for the center to open again to use the long arm to quilt their projects. The fall is looking to be a very busy time when everyone returns with their completed projects.

Our fall sale is sure to have many wonderful items coming from all our members having dedicated sewing time! Income from the sales at the craft fairs is used to buy fabric and notions for charity quilts, which are donated to local charities, as well as Robson Ranch residents who have a life-threatening medical issue or loss of a spouse.

We are looking forward to the day the Creative Arts Center can reopen! When the day arrives, if you are interested in becoming a member, we welcome you to stop by any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and see the creativity taking place.
