Luau on the Green
The second annual Employee and Homeowner Golf and Lunch; tickets are $30, which includes golf and lunch. This event will be Tuesday, September 6, 2016, and the theme is a Mexican Luau. Join the Ranch House Food and Beverage employees for a golf tournament and lunch. An employee will be paired up with a homeowner for golf and lunch during registration. Homeowners will share their clubs with their partner. Sombreros and leis are suggested. There will be a contest for attire, the most festive and creative.
Lunch Menu: Grilled skirt steak, chicken tacos, flour and corn tortillas, tomato Oaxaca salad, black bean corn salad, jicama slaw, chips and salsa, guacamole, fresh fruit and chef’s choice dessert. Registration is at 6:30 a.m. on the Hermosa patio; tee off is at 7:00 a.m. and lunch will be in the Hermosa Ballroom.
Shake it up…with Brad
Wednesday, September 7, in Hermosa III at 4:00 p.m. Tickets are $20 and $25 for NHO. Bartender Brad will host classes to teach you how to make drinks, flair bartending, tricks of the trade and more. The class will be both informative and entertaining. AT the first “Shake It Up” experience on September 7 Brad will be teaching his award winning cocktail from the Ranch House Throw Down, the Panama drink along with the Duck Fart and a Manhattan Royal. Ticket sales end August 26.
Tuesday, September 13, at 5:30 p.m. in the Cheyenne Room. Tickets are $45 inclusive. The first course: El Chorro – Queen Creek heirloom tomato and burrata salad with extra virgin olive oil and Balsamic syrup; second course: Santa Fe – Prosciutto crusted pork tenderloin, green chile risotto, roasted Brussels sprouts and mesquite honey glazed carrots; third course: Boulders – apple, pear, cranberry fruit crisp with locally churned vanilla bean ice cream. Indoor Beach Party
Saturday, September 17, from 5:00-8:00 p.m. in the Hermosa Ballroom. Tickets are $25. Come help us say goodbye to summer. Lots of good eats and a variety of activities including a rousing game of limbo! How low can you go? Enjoy a variety of beach themed tunes provided throughout the evening for your listening and dancing pleasure. Menu: tomato basil salad, salad bar, fruit kabobs, potato salad, fried chicken, brats, grilled flank steak with chimichurri sauce and s’mores at a live action station. Doors open at 5:00 p.m., dinner at 5:00 p.m. and games and dancing will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
Thursday, October 13, at 7:00 p.m. in the Hermosa Ballroom featuring Chelsea Faulds in a Tribute to Natalie Cole. Tickets are $20 and $30 NHO.
Tickets are on sales Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the reception desk of the Ranch House. Payment options: cash, check or credit card.
