I am excited to announce the expansion of our fitness program at the Sports Club that began on Monday, February 20. This included the addition of two new classes designed around golf, pickleball and tennis fitness along with a non-cardio class that will concentrate on the belly, butt and thighs.
Please join me in welcoming Lois Moncel to our fitness program at Robson Ranch. I have included a brief bio of Lois, which includes a more detailed description of her qualifications and class descriptions.
The cost for each class is $4 per person and will be sold on a first come first served basis. Tickets are on sale at the Sports Club with class size limited to 24 students. I would encourage you to purchase your tickets as soon as you can.
Lois Moncel Bio:
My name is Lois Moncel. I am a Fitness Director, Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Golf Fitness Specialist and a Group Fitness Instructor serving the East Valley Phoenix metropolitan area. I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and have experience managing health clubs, personal training, group fitness instruction, weight loss programs and specialty workshops.
My experience includes designing programs for individuals who may suffer from osteoporosis, diabetes, lower-back pain and arthritis and other debilitating diseases like Parkinson’s and MS. I also work with individuals nutritionally who want to lose weight or learn how to eat a clean diet. With me as your guide you can learn how to put activity into your daily routine. I can work with you to make healthier choices in meal and snack planning. We will try to incorporate good nutrition with your current social habits as well! Throughout your journey to a healthier lifestyle you will experience an increase in strength, stamina, determination and above all you will begin to get control of your life again.

Monday April 3, 10, 17, 24 at 4:00 p.m. – Golf/Pickleball/Tennis Fitness,
This class will be held each Monday at 4:00 p.m. During this class we work on exercises especially designed for golf and racquet sports. Flexibility, power and balance will be highlighted. Every fitness level is welcome as all exercises can be modified if needed. Please bring a mat and a small hand towel; all other equipment is provided.
Thursday, April 6, 13, 20, 27 at 7:30 a.m. – Belly, Butt and Thighs, the Triple Threat.
This class will be held each Thursday at 7:30 a.m. This is a non-cardio class that emphasizes work in the core, hips and thighs. Hand weights, balls and bands may be used. Please bring your mats and a small hand towel; all other equipment is provided.
