Lois Moncel, Fitness and Wellness Director
I’m sure you have heard that stretching in the morning before you get out of bed is good for you. Not only is it good for you, but your natural instincts compel you to stretch. It also increases the blood flow to your muscles and this means better energy for you and less muscle tension after sleeping. Consider how long you have primarily been in one position. Try to repeat each stretch three times on each side for 30 seconds. What a great way to start your day! If you have questions, contact Lois at [email protected].
