Once a season the RV Club likes to host a potluck at one of our member’s homes. This year’s event was held at Tom and Rebecca McKinney’s home. They hosted over 80 members. It was a great time with unbelievable appetizers, salads, scrumptious potato and bean dishes, delicious desserts and shredded beef sandwiches as the main course. Everyone really brought their best recipes and we had plenty to eat. Jim Baxter volunteered to be our bartender and the margarita machine was flowing. Teresa Baxter (Club President) convened the monthly meeting and provided updates. Jim Law and Alice Corbett (Activity Directors) presented information on upcoming rallies. Before lunch, Bob Burton, one of our many member comedians, entertained us all with an impromptu trivia game.
Our next meeting will be on Friday, April 5 at 4:00 p.m. in the Laredo/Cheyenne Room in the Ranch House. If you have an RV of any kind, and are a Robson resident, come to a meeting and check us out! Membership is $10 per rig which includes rally signups and club events.
The last rally will be to Laughlin, Nevada at the Don Laughlin’s Riverside Resort – RV Park in mid-April. There will also be an extended trip to Durango, Colorado stopping in Winslow and Show Low, Arizona in September 2019.
