The Robson Ranch Singers Holiday Concert “It’s That Time of Year” in the Hermosa Ballroom had a full house for both performances on December 6 and 7. Jacquie Fedie directed the 52-voice chorus accompanied by Ginny Lewis at the piano.
Performance selections included Elvis Presley’s popular Santa Bring My Baby Back and Blue Christmas, the Carpenter’s Merry Christmas, Darling, a Family Christmas medley, Bidi Bom, a song for Hanukkah, Jesu Bambino by Pietro Yon with violin accompaniment by Sherry Riebli, and Soon And Very Soon by Andrae Crouch. The program ended with Silent Night sung by the audience followed by the Hallelujah Chorus from G. F. Handel’s Messiah.
The Robson Ranch Singers’ spring concert for 2017 will be performed on Monday, March 20, and Tuesday, March 21. Be sure to mark your calendars and watch for ticket sales announcements in early March.
