Mental Health Awareness Presentation
Please join me, Bobbie McGuire, RN, for an informative presentation on suicide prevention coming to the Cheyenne-Lorado room on Nov. 16 from 10 to 11 a.m. Topics we will cover include facts, risk factors, and warning signs. There will be time within that hour for discussion and questions. This content is informational. Support provided after this session is designed for resource assistance. The purpose is not to provide clinical counseling or therapy.
This is an important suicide-prevention initiative sponsored by La Frontera, EMPACT-SPC, aimed at supporting the mental health and emotional well-being of Pinal County communities.
Given the rising need for mental health support, we believe these programs can make a critical difference—not only by equipping families and communities to look out for themselves and each other, but empowering people to recognize risk and intervene early with their loved ones and acquaintances.
