Pottery Guild sale Oct. 23

Janet Bloam

When you buy something from an artist

You’re buying hundreds of hours of errors and experimentation

You’re buying years of frustration

And moments of pure joy.

You’re NOT buying just one thing.

You are buying a piece of a heart.

A piece of a soul…

A small piece

Of someone else’s life.

We’ve taken hundreds of pounds of clay and transformed it into useful or purely decorative works of art that will be up for sale. There will be something for everyone, but if you don’t see anything you like I’m sure the artist would be more than happy to do a special order.

Show your support for the arts by attending our first sale on Friday evening, October 23, from 4:00-8:00 p.m.

It will be held in the Cheyenne/Laredo rooms, which are right by the front door of the restaurant. So grab a glass of wine and join us in celebrating our newest works of art.

Our mission statement is to promote the arts, and we will be doing this by holding a silent auction with net profits to benefit the children of Eloy Elementary School.

A sale you won’t want to miss!
