We would like to introduce Marco Morando as our new Executive Chef at Robson Ranch. Marco has been in the culinary industry for 17 years with stops at Solaris, The Grill on the Green, and Quail Creek Country Club. Marco has been the Sous Chef at Quail Creek, working alongside Chef Aris Cabrera since 2013. Having worked for Robson Properties for nearly 10 years he is well-versed in the needs of our community. He has been groomed to become an Executive Chef for one of our properties, and I feel Robson Ranch is the perfect spot for him. He is well-known for his monthly wine dinners, creative specials, and more importantly his visibility in the restaurant getting to know the residents. He will begin his time with us on March 22, and we should all look forward to what he will do for our culinary operations.
I also want to take this time to give a special thanks to Steven McVeigh, who has led our Food and Beverage operations since our last Executive Chef left in January of 2021. Under his leadership over the past 14 months we have seen significant improvement in our day-to-day operations. Steven also played a big role in bringing Marco to our property and will maintain his current role of Chef De Cuisine.
