CHAIR CARDIO & STRENGTH

A total body workout primarily done sitting in chairs—works at a vigorous pace! We begin with warm-up and cardio seated in chairs and follow with dumbbell strength training for total body strength, and include flexibility and balance exercises at the end of class. Strengthen First: 30 minutes of basic (non-aerobic) strengthening exercises using dumbbells and/or resistance bands. No experience needed; good for all fitness levels. Follow up the strengthening section with a series of healing inspired stretches to help your flexibility, range of motion, balance and posture. GOLF FITNESS CONDITIONING

This 60-minute class focuses on golf-specific muscular strength, stability and balance, postural control and the development of power. We work to increase club head speed by giving your turn more power. We work on improved hip mobility to assist in hitting the ball a little straighter and farther. Our focus is: flexibility training (hip mobility and shoulder turn), strength training (arms, wrists, back and core) and balance training (weight transfer and set-up). It’s a workout like no other! Class is designed to get your metabolism smoking and get you fit. We will target and strengthen your entire body. This class is dedicated to strengthening and toning your abs, thighs, hips, buttocks and back. This 45-minute class focuses on effective exercises to work and challenge your torso, upper legs and core. Get ready to bust a gut and reduce your caboose! ZUMBA!

YOGA WITH BILL!

Treat and challenge yourself to the Hatha Yoga experience. Enjoy these slow and gentle rhythmic poses and balance postures, along with pranayama breathing techniques (which help reduce stress and relax the mind). All adaptable for various fitness levels! STEP AEROBICS

Tone up your legs and booty by moving up, over and around the step for first 30 minutes, then top it off with weight training for everyday living!
