On the afternoon of March 16, the Line Dance Club held its St. Patrick’s Day Dance Party in the Hermosa Ballroom.
About 60 line dancers showed up to dance to their favorite songs from all four dance levels—Absolute Beginners, Beginners, Improvers, and Intermediate. CJ, dance instructor and the DJ for this dance, led every dance for the first three levels; Loralee took the reins for the Intermediate. It’s amazing how many dances the dancers know and how proficient they are becoming! Pizza was provided by the Hermosa Ballroom staff, and the bar was open.
If you are interested in learning more about joining the classes, the Robson Ranch Line Dance Club has a site on groupworks.com. CJ asks that all new dancers start with the Absolute Beginners class, and they will move up from there. Classes are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays for the Intermediate and Improvers levels, and on Wednesdays and Fridays for Absolute Beginners and Beginners levels. Club dues are $20, which allows you to attend all classes and dance parties for the year!
