The Verso home design was recently awarded Best Detached Product Design for homes under $300,000 at the 30th annual Home Builders Association of Central Arizona Achievements in Merchandising Excellence (MAME) Awards ceremony.
A new Villa Designer Home has recently become available and is ready for Quick Move-In. This move-in-ready Primrose model features 1,447 sq. ft., beautiful Alder cabinetry, quartz countertops, a soft water loop and many more features and upgrades!

The Robson Resort Communities received four First Place Awards in the 19th annual Eliant Homebuyers’ Choice Awards for the High Volume Builder segment in the Construction Experience, Design Selection Experience, First-Year Customer Service Experience and Overall First-Year Quality categories.
Robson Ranch received second place for the Best New Home Active Adult Community in the 2015 Arizona Republic’s Readers Choice poll. Quail Creek, a Robson Resort Community in the Green Valley area, just south of Tucson, received first place.
