With the excitement of our new Elevate Studio building up and running and the upcoming beautiful remodel of our Sports Center, we are switching up a few things regarding our fitness class price structure.
We will be discontinuing punch cards and charging a flat $4 per class, per person fee. Classes will be charged at the time you make your reservation through the HOA website to your member account. This will drastically cut down on the time our staff is searching through hundreds of punch cards to ensure everyone is checked in accordingly. It will also help minimize any price confusion as there will just be one (1) price for classes versus numerous different prices depending on if you were a drop in, 10–punch card holder or 20-punch card holder.
For residents, there will be no change to what you need to do in order to register for classes. You will not need to come to the Sports Club to purchase a punch card nor need to keep track of your punches. Residents will be able to register through classes and attend as normal.
We know that many of you still have punch cards that have available punches, and we want to try to accommodate you being able to use them. Punch cards are no longer sold (discontinued April 30, 2025). You will have until Oct. 30, 2025, to use any remaining punches on your punch card. As of Nov. 1, 2025, all punch cards will be invalid for use.
Starting May 1, all classes will begin the $4 flat fee. At this time, our staff will charge accounts accordingly based on whether or not you have a punch card and/or any available punches left.
We promise to make this transition smooth and easy on our residents. We appreciate your understanding of this change.
