Annual meetings—or annual membership meetings—are required by the Robson Ranch – CG HOA governing documents, which specify when they are to be conducted and how and when members are to be notified about the meeting. This is the main meeting of the year when members receive the new budget, hear committee reports and discuss items of common interest.
The Association’s annual meeting is the best opportunity for you to learn about this year’s events and get caught up on everything happening in our community. Here are a few agenda items and meeting activities you won’t want to miss:
* Meet board and committee members along with the general manager
* Get an update on this years completed projects and learn more on what’s coming up in the future
* Review the proposed budget, and hear the association treasurer explain how your assessments are being used
I’d like to encourage you to be an active community resident and attend the annual meeting. Come introduce yourself to the board, the manager and your neighbors and find a wealth of information about your community!
Below is the following 2019 annual meeting schedule for the Robson Ranch Master HOA and Unit 20 Carefree Villas which both annual meetings will be held on Thursday December 5, 2019:
10:00am – Robson Ranch CG HOA
2:00pm – Unit 20 Carefree Villas
