Landscape paintings included a weathered winter barn and a mountain/desert scene with numerous cacti. A cardinal in a tree and prickly pear wreaths were just a few of the selected Christmas card choices.

Color pencil project afternoons on Wednesdays started Oct. 20, 2021, with many of the artists working on Christmas card projects. However, a few landscape projects were picked out by some to work on also. Since we started the color pencil project Wednesdays close to the holiday season, we expect our group to grow, and a beginner’s class will be added after the first of the year. All those wishing to join us on these Wednesday afternoons must take a beginner’s class first and then have all their own supplies to join our fun project days.
