Material Girls’ Christmas and Hanukkah items

Rebecca McKinney

It’s that time of the year again for the Material Girls to have our booth at the Robson Ranch November 17 Arts and Craft Show. Our 2018 charity quilt, Spring Showers Queen, with hand applique and custom quilting will also be on display. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase at the show. The charity quilt raffle drawing will commence after the end of the sale in the afternoon.

The November 17 show is perfect timing for holiday purchases for your home as well as gifts. We will have many beautiful Christmas and Hanukkah table runners, wall hangings, placemat sets, napkins and more. Our popular slip over steering wheel covers, seat belt shoulder wraps, grill handle covers, hand and foot mats and microwave bowl holders will also be for sale.

New items this year will be our pickleball paddle covers, quilted and canvas welcome door signs and microwave popcorn bags.

Bring your cash, local check or credit card. Come by early for best selection. Limited to stock on hand.

We appreciate your continued support as the proceeds from our craft sales and yearly quilt raffle help us provide Robson Ranch residents that are facing a serious illness or have lost a spouse with comfort quilts. Residents can always reach out to the club to let us know of someone in need.

We also select local community charities to provide quilts and other needed items to both adults and children. This year we have supported the Eloy Police Department, Family Advocacy Center, Senior Residence Center and Casa Grande Cancer Center.

Our club members (quilters, sewers and embroidery crafters) donate their time, effort and many talents into making our comfort quilts and sale items and are rewarded with the sincere gratitude from our neighbors and community.

If you would like more information about our club please feel free to contact one of the following members: Karn King at 520-233-0227, Donna Payne at 815-488-6861, Robin Tisinger at 520-423-2623 or Patty Foley at 503-804-6260. Thank you.
