Clarification

The front page of February’s Views featured a Chef’s Gala event from SaddleBrooke Ranch. A photo of a scallop dish happened to be placed next to Chef Jeff Coonce receiving his Chef’s Gala award. While the scallop dish is mentioned in the article, Chef Jeff won the award for a seabass dish. We apologize for the confusion. The award-winning seabass dish is shown here.
