The Christmas Eve lunch menu is as follows:
1st course – Choice of green chili corn chowder or holiday house salad.
2nd course – Choice of seared salmon with wild mushroom couscous, carrots and asparagus, saffron cream sauce; honey roasted ham with mashed potatoes, carrots and asparagus, honey glaze; or 8 oz prime rib with loaded mashed potatoes, carrots and asparagus, au jus, creamy horseradish.
3rd course – Choice of chocolate peppermint cheesecake or salted caramel vanilla bean lava cake.
