The Robson Ranch (RR) Library and Write On…, a writers’ group here at the Ranch, have scheduled the next two events in the Chapter & Verse series. They will be held in two installments: the first on Friday, Jan. 30, and the second on Friday, Feb. 27, at 10:30 a.m. The two-part program will launch their newly-published anthology, Chapter & Verse, Volume 1 featuring short stories, poetry, memories, and reflections written by 10 authors who live here at the Ranch.
The first authors will present on Jan. 30. Participating in January will be Betsy Lydle Smith, Donna Vande Kieft, Georgette Littlejohn, Martha Prudence Spillane, and Suzanne Bowman Williams. The second group of authors to present Feb. 27 are Betty Jean Jones, Dianne Peckosh Van Syoc, Jaine Toth, and Karen Dielmann. All will read a selection from the book. At the end, they will welcome comments and questions.
In this way, we hope to provide an opportunity for RR residents and friends to meet and interact with most of the authors whose work appear in the anthology. Please join us in the Fireside Room at the Ranch House to meet some of your neighborhood authors. Come early at 10 a.m. to mingle with your fellow book lovers and writer friends.
