Robson Ranch now offers easy and gentle Tai Chi-QiGong with instructor Kim Kubsch on Wednesdays from 9:30-10:30 a.m. in the Aerobics Room of the Sport Club. The drop-in class fee is $5.
Kim teaches an easy and gentle form of Tai Chi-QiGong comprised of continually flowing movements. Using deep, slow breathing, relaxing the mind and body and enhanced balance, coordination and reducing stress will be enjoyed. All levels and abilities are welcome. Whether standing or sitting during class, no equipment is needed, just rubber-soled shoes and water!
Kim Kubsch is a Tai Chi Instructor certified by the American Tai Chi-Qigong Association. She is also certified to teach PWR! Moves for Parkinson’s and Chair Chi. Enhance your overall health, increase flexibility, improve balance and coordination and reduce stress while building bone strength. As a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) and Certified Holistic Nutrition Educator, she is passionate about life in balance and aging gracefully.
