Greetings from the Architectural Landscape Committee (ALC). ‘Tis the season for gathering with friends and family, shopping and decorating! With that in mind, please take a look at the paragraph below from the ALC guidelines as you prepare to decorate the exterior of your home for the holidays.
Winter seasonal holiday lighting and decorations that are visible from neighboring property may be displayed commencing Nov. 15 and must be taken down by Jan. 15. All other seasonal lighting and decorations that are visible from neighboring property may be displayed 30 days prior to and one week after the applicable holiday.
