Melani Caron, CAAM, CMCA, General Manager
I would like to introduce to each of you a new program called “Hold My Court.” This new program will allow anyone in the community to make reservations to play pickleball in advance. The pickleball courts are available for everyone’s use regardless of whether or not you belong to the pickleball club. Below is some helpful information to get you started which includes the block of times the courts will be available for reservations.
“Hold My Court” Reservation System
The Hold My Court reservation system is in place and can be used to reserve a pickleball court Monday through Saturday from 2:00 p.m. until close and all day Sunday. Please click on the link above to register and then use the “hold my court” system each time you want to reserve court time.
A court can be reserved for a two-hour period by any Robson Ranch resident up to seven days in advance.
A daily schedule will be posted on the bulletin board near the pickleball courts. The schedule will show which courts are reserved and for what time frame. The posting of the schedule will begin next week.
If a court is not reserved, that court is consider “open” and can be used by any Robson Ranch resident.
Courts 1, 2, 15 and 16 are always “open” courts and can be used by any Robson Ranch resident for a two-hour period. No reservations are required. A sign-up sheet will be posted outside these courts starting next week.
We are all very excited about the advancement of technology and the ability to make reservations. This should make getting on the courts easier for all to enjoy.
