Due to popular demand we will offer fajitas every last Friday of the month starting at 5:00 p.m. on July 28, August 25, September 29 and October 27. We will not be offering the date night menu on Fajita Friday.
The menu will consist of flour and corn tortillas, skirt steak, chicken, tequila-lime shrimp, Spanish rice, refried beans and Mexican corn. You’ll be able to add the following to complete your fajitas: lettuce, tomatoes, mixed cheese, salsa, guacamole, sour cream, black olives, jalapenos, pico de gallo, roasted tomato salsa and Chef Dustin’s pineapple salsa. Also available will be Blood Orange Margaritas for $5.50 and Negro Modelo and Corona Extra bottles for $3.50.
The cost for Fajita Friday is $15 per person or $13.50 per person when Robson Ranch residents use their member card for payment. Reservations are recommended; call 529-426-3331 and press 1 for the hostess. The Fajita Friday special is in addition to the regular menu. All specials are on a first come, first served basis; taxes and gratuity are not included.
