My name is Shawn and I am a home health physical therapist in Pinal County servicing Casa Grande and the surrounding small towns. My business is Cactus Moving Company and my goal is to provide accessible care in your home, at Robson Ranch fitness center, or with Telehealth. Whether you are dealing with any musculoskeletal pain, want to improve golf or pickleball performance, or are looking to get started moving weights and being active, we can find a solution to help you reach your fitness goals. If you choose to have an in-person visit, I will bring kettlebells up to 100 pounds, if needed, and resistance bands. If Telehealth is the best option, we will use any equipment/weights you have in your home and I will give recommendations for equipment to use at Robson Ranch fitness center.
