It’s time for our annual Walk to End Alzheimer’s

So get your walking shoes on and your generosity and caring at a peak!

We are hearing regularly about the devastation Alzheimer’s disease brings for the affected, the caregivers and the family. I’m sure since our 2016 Walk to End Alzheimer’s many of you have had Alzheimer’s touch your lives. We are the ones that must help by donations that go towards further research. It could be that before our 2018 Walk Alzheimer’s will have changed your life in some way!

This year’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s will be November 18 beginning at 9:00 a.m. Please come to the baseball parking lot. We would appreciate your coming about 8:30 to check in. Even if you have pre-registered, you need to be in the line for pre-registration. There will be a second line for people registering that day, or give your donation to any of the following captains: Jane Kihlstrom, Terry Price, Gerard Wittman, Linda Farestad or Mary Beth Fisher. It isn’t necessary to be a captain to ask your family to donate also. To pre-register you can go to http://act.alz.org/robsonranch. At check-in you will receive your Memory Flower, a ticket for the drawing following the Walk, your t-shirt if you donated $100 or more, water and fruit or breakfast bar. This will all be located in front of the bleachers.

There will be roving golf carts with water and to give a ride to anyone who needs one. You can bring your dog for his daily walk!

Come join the fun and make  a difference!
